Thank you for choosing Sign-Age of Tampa Bay, Inc for your printing and Signage needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality printing products and services. As such, we have developed the following Returns and Refunds Policy to ensure that we can address any issues that may arise.
Since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
We do not offer refunds or credit for any reason. However, if we verify that we made an error in printing your order, we will re-print the order at no additional cost to you. If you receive a product with an error made by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a reprint.
How to Request a Re-Print
If you need to request a reprint due to an error made by us, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide us with your order number and a detailed explanation of the error. Once we verify the error, we will arrange for a reprint and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
